Nan, An-li, Jinte, Dina en Nanou were born in China.
They were abandoned and called Yao,
just like every other girl in the orphanage born in the same year.
Five Belgian couples travelled East together to adopt them and give them a name.
One of the couples are my parents and one of the girls is my sister.
I visited every one of them to talk with them and their families
to find out how they cope with their similar background.
